Care for People With Special Needs

We provide daily care for the Children, mentally or physically disabled individuals who cannot live alone safely. Caregivers provide meals, companionship, personal care assistance and 24 hours supervision.

Personal Care

We provide assistance with bathing, personal hygiene, support with dressing and grooming, daily medication reminders, mobility, transfer and exercises.

Companionship

We prepare meals for our patients, provide moderate housekeeping services, assist with laundry responsibilities, assist with errands and necessary shopping, pick up and deliver prescriptions.

Home Health Aides/Homemakers

Case Managers

We develop a personalized care plan for each of our patient goals, provide our patients with community resources, provide patient support and advise the patients and families to make sure that goals are being met.
